Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) for TeamSupport’s Sales team, you will directly influence sales success and company growth by identifying and leading prospects through the early stages of the buyer’s journey.

In Short

  • Identify potential clients through research, cold calling, networking, and system-generated leads.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure they align with our target customer profile.
  • Contact prospective clients to introduce TeamSupport’s products/services and understand their needs.
  • Schedule meetings or demos with qualified leads for the Account Executive.
  • Learn and apply knowledge of TeamSupport product features to match the needs of potential clients.
  • Answer inquiries from prospects concerning products, their uses, and industry information.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Prepare and report results, status of accounts, and leads to the manager.
  • Maintain monthly goals and quotas.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably SaaS.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Confident in cold calling and excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to grasp new technologies and software; proficiency with Google platform, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Seamless.ai, and RingCentral is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to identify potential opportunities.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
