Mid-Level Java Developer (Spring Boot) - Remote

In Short

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend applications using Spring Boot.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications.
• Collaborate with senior developers, QA engineers, and product teams.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Stay updated with Java and Spring Boot technologies.
• 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience with Java development.
• Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.

Requirements

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write unit and integration tests using JUnit or Mockito.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker is a plus.
• Exposure to messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA is a plus.
