Overview

The ACIC is seeking experienced Software Engineers to support the National Criminal Intelligence System (NCIS), which connects national law enforcement data to provide a unified view of criminal activity across Australia.

Requirements

• 5+ years working with Java and Spring Boot
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with large data projects and relevant technologies
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud and Linux
• Ability to interpret software/system requirements
• Experience with Elasticsearch/Solr, Kafka, NoSQL
• Flexibility in proposal over procurement lifecycle
• Willingness to sign confidentiality deeds
• Completion of ACIC's Organisational Suitability Assessment
