Overview

The Mid-Market Account Executive at Tealium will focus on driving revenue retention and growth in existing customer accounts, while building trusted-advisor relationships with stakeholders and partners.

  • Drive revenue retention and growth in named accounts.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Partner cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Forecast product utilization and identify trends.
  • Manage contracts and client requests.
  • Identify customer needs and drive opportunities to closure.
  • Navigate complex customer organizations.
  • Provide regular updates on renewals and upsells.
  • Execute negotiation strategies for upsells and renewals.
  • Engage with senior leadership and C-suite executives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management.
  • Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms or Martech.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement.
  • Experience managing a book of enterprise and strategic business.
  • Resourceful and driven personality.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Google Suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce/CRM and Clari preferred.
