In Short

Seeking a mid-level Full Stack Software Engineer for TCI's K–12 Teacher and Student platform.
Build end-to-end features across Rails backend and React frontend.
Write well-tested code and collaborate with product and design teams.
Monitor and improve performance using APM/observability tools.
Contribute to AWS/Docker/GitLab CI infrastructure and pipelines.
Participate in code reviews, pairing, and agile ceremonies.

Requirements

3–5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Experience with modern MVC and frontend frameworks.
Strong SQL and relational database skills.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and containerization.
Commitment to quality with automated tests.
Excellent communication skills and experience in distributed teams.
