Overview

The Content Assistant provides a wide range of support to the Product Team, focusing on entry-level tasks that help team members move forward faster.

In Short

• Manages maps, images, artwork, and other assets through in-house tools.
• Completes tasks across editorial, production, and project management work.
• Updates online content for formatting and consistency changes.
• Reviews and fixes consistency issues identified by the team.
• Supports accessibility by maintaining transcripts and customer-facing tools.
• Maintains documentation of style changes and consistency issues.
• Available to work 35-40 hours per week during standard business hours.
• Ability to meet deadlines while working independently.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in working in online content in a task-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Google Suite, Zoom, and Project Management tools.
• Advanced experience with Google Sheets, including sorting and filtering.
