Overview

The Internal Sales Specialist will manage the Microsoft account at TD SYNNEX, focusing on business development and achieving sales targets in the Iberian market.

In Short

  • Manage Microsoft account for TD SYNNEX in the Iberian market.
  • Gather customer information to support business growth.
  • Identify and close sales deals.
  • Promote TD SYNNEX’s e-business services.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes and orders.
  • Provide accurate product information to customers.
  • Meet call standards for inbound and outbound calls.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Represent TD SYNNEX professionally.
  • Work in a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days remote).

Requirements

  • Fluent in Portuguese; good level of English required.
  • Experience with IT products.
  • CRM/ERP knowledge with a commercial sales approach.
  • Understanding of the IT channel.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Enthusiasm for technology and sales.
