Overview

The Retail Banker II is a customer liaison integral to delivering TD’s Brand promise by utilizing financial expertise and consultative advice to advise customers regarding banking solutions and needs.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience in customer service or sales.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Must maintain active NMLS registration.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Notary License preferred.
