Tava Health is seeking an Alliances Manager to enhance and expand strategic partnerships with benefits consulting and brokerage firms, focusing on improving mental health care accessibility.

In Short

• Own and grow relationships with key brokerage and consulting firms.
• Develop and execute a scalable broker engagement strategy.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the broker landscape.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Represent Tava at industry events and broker meetings.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in benefits consulting or brokerage.
• Deep understanding of broker and consultant operations.
• Existing relationships within brokerage firms preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic mindset with execution bias in a high-growth environment.
