The Senior Advisor, Equal Economic Opportunity, will work within the Gender Equality team to develop and implement strategies that promote women's economic empowerment through various initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten years of professional experience in relevant fields.
• Experience managing large philanthropic programs or impact investments.
• Relevant tertiary degree with understanding of commercial models.
• Established networks in impact investing and philanthropy.
• Knowledge of financial inclusion challenges for vulnerable women.
• Strategic leadership skills for big picture and tactical thinking.
