Overview

The Advisor, Place-based role at Minderoo Foundation focuses on supporting the Kimberley region by coordinating financial, contractual, and reporting systems while enhancing community engagement and local partnerships.

• Support end-to-end partnerships process including establishment and onboarding.
• Manage partnership agreements and ensure timely follow-ups on invoices.
• Provide financial support and maintain accurate account management.
• Assist in monitoring budgets and financial reporting for initiatives.
• Coordinate workshops and planning meetings between partners.
• Manage administration governance of Place projects.
• Work closely with communities to deliver localized initiatives.
• Coordinate funding application processes and liaise with local teams.

Requirements

• Knowledge of working with First Nations peoples and communities.
• Tertiary study or experience in community development or social impact.
• Exposure to grant and partnerships management.
• Experience in government or not-for-profit sectors.
• Confidence in communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset to support strategy with data and insights.
