Overview

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new and existing clients, working closely with the Customer Success Team to drive product adoption and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in client onboarding or customer success roles.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and onboarding platforms.
• Strong business acumen and self-management skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
