The Director of Product Design (UX) for Enterprise will lead a team of designers focused on enhancing Target's internal tools and experiences, ensuring high-quality, accessible, and usable designs that align with business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven track record of stakeholder management.
• Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience in large, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to connect AI capabilities with human-centered design.
• Experience with performance management and team development.
