Director of Product and UX Design - Remote

Overview

The Director of Product and UX Design will lead the FOLX Product and UX Design teams, ensuring a best in class member experience while developing and executing on the FOLX vision, strategy, and roadmap.

In Short

• Lead the FOLX Product and UX Design teams.
• Develop and execute on the FOLX vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Provide management and day to day support to Product and Design team leads.
• Partner with COO and other stakeholders to manage prioritization.
• Champion stakeholder requirements in service of FOLX members.
• Partner closely with engineering leadership to execute on the roadmap.
• Make data-driven decisions that align with business initiatives.
• Work cross functionally across member backing teams.
• Assess and report out on progress against metrics.
• Collaborate with team leads to build partnerships and implement new products.

Requirements

• Extensive strategic roadmapping experience.
• 7+ years leading and scaling product teams, preferably in healthcare.
• 10+ years experience in product management.
• Experience in healthcare and/or healthcare technology.
• Passion for LGBTQ+ healthcare.
• Proven experience managing time-sensitive situations.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to navigate unexpected challenges.
• Bachelor's degree.
