In Short

• Build a solid understanding of TANITA's products and services
• Actively identify and approach new leads in the DACH region, from large fitness chains to independent studios
• Utilize and maintain our CRM system for lead management and sales control
• Create tailored offers based on customer requirements
• Collaborate closely with account managers to prioritize sales opportunities
• Support in offer creation and order processing
• Conduct sales reporting and participate in regular team meetings and industry events
• Regular travel to clients in the DACH region

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, ideally in the fitness or health market
• Good understanding of the fitness industry, from chains to independent studios
• Goal-oriented, structured, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize
• Experience with MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (German and English)
• Team player with a high degree of initiative
• Passion for digital solutions and interest in trends like software integration and digitization in the fitness market
