Overview

The Account Operations Specialist will play a critical role in the initial setup and ongoing support of Tangelo's programs, ensuring smooth operations and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Program Operations, Account Management, or Customer Success.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with spreadsheet experience.
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM platforms.
