Requirements

• Experience in financial services and customer service.
• Knowledge of FCA rules, including MCOB and CONC.
• Experience with motor finance and mortgage arrears.
• Ability to manage complex arrears cases.
• Strong negotiation skills with customers in financial distress.
• Experience in handling customer complaints effectively.
• Understanding of vulnerability in customer interactions.
• Proficiency in preparing regulatory documentation.
• Commitment to ongoing training and competence.
• Ability to challenge existing processes for improvement.
