Overview

Talkspace is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with existing enterprise clients, driving product adoption and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, or mental health industries preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Results-oriented and proactive.
  • Empathetic and customer-focused.
