Growth Marketing Manager - Paid Social - Remote

Overview

Talkiatry is seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to manage direct response marketing campaigns on Meta and TikTok focused on patient acquisition. Reporting into the Director of Paid Growth Marketing, you’ll collaborate with the Growth, Creative, and Data teams to develop and execute strategies to optimize and scale our paid social strategy to maximize ROI and contribute to Talkiatry’s overall growth.

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid social channels, especially Meta and TikTok.
• Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Develop a data-driven creative strategy for paid social channels.
• Drive the overall paid social strategy and make optimization recommendations.
• Analyze and present performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation.
• Stay informed about industry trends for campaign expansion.
• Partner with the Data team for tracking and reporting mechanisms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Experience managing $500k+ monthly budgets across paid social channels.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and tracking.
• Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL is a plus.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g. Omni, Looker, Tableau).
• Experience in growth marketing for B2C health tech or B2C subscription/SaaS is a plus.
