Overview

As a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing - Paid Social, you will own new and existing categories for Quince’s media buying strategy on social channels, playing a major part in accelerating Quince’s growth across TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and other platforms.

In Short

• Set and drive the paid social strategy on TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap
• Manage a budget of over $1M/mo and scale campaigns while maintaining ROAS efficiency targets
• Continuously test ads featuring new products, creatives, and landing pages
• Collaborate with other marketing channel leads
• Work with ad tech teams to automate reporting and campaign management
• Manage creative strategy team, including creative strategists, video editors, and graphic designers

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant paid social marketing experience
• Experience working closely with creative teams
• Analytical and data-driven with the ability to work with large data sets
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing goals
