Overview

As a Medical Assistant, you’ll support patients before and after their infusions by managing intake, documenting vitals, coordinating appointments, and assisting the clinical team. This is a great opportunity to grow with a practice that values comfort, compassion, and high-quality care.

In Short

  • This is a fully remote, administrative role for someone with a background in medical assisting or medical office administration.
  • You’ll process referrals, extract relevant information, document it in the EMR, and manage outgoing faxes to providers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Medical Assistant or medical administrative experience required.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (for client phone communication).
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy with data entry.
  • Familiarity with digital e-fax platforms and EMR systems.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote setting.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and clinical documentation.
  • Reliable internet and a quiet home office environment.
  • Ability to work full-time EST.
