Claims Insight and Analytics Senior Analyst - Remote

Overview

This role is a unique opportunity within TAL to work closely with the Claims Insights and Analytics Manager, and the Head of Portfolio Management to drive optimal commercial and customer outcomes across TAL’s Individual Life Portfolio.

In Short

• Support the Individual Life Claim team with insights into the Claims portfolio.
• Produce accurate weekly and monthly reporting to the Claims team and Senior Leadership Team.
• Perform deep dives into claims data to understand underlying drivers of claims.
• Utilise analytics skills to develop and enhance BAU processes.
• Contribute to key strategic projects and deep dive actuarial analysis.

Requirements

• 1-5 years’ experience in the Australian Life Insurance Market.
• Strong technical actuarial and financial skills.
• Strong analytics skills with experience in Python, R, SQL, PowerBI, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.
• High level of relationship building skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
