Senior Forward Deployed Engineer - Remote

We are looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to help us transform how our customers make critical business decisions by onboarding them onto Taktile and ensuring they get real value from our platform. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll support customers in reaching their goals and maximizing Taktile’s impact.

In Short

• Lead complex Taktile deployments in production.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of engineering or technical deployment experience.
• Strong technical background in Computer Science or related fields.
• Ability to write production-grade code using Python and SQL.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Creative and proactive in delivering value.
• Collaborative and able to work with peers.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
