Lead Solution Engineer - Remote

In Short

• We are expanding into Latin America and building our founding Solution Engineering team in São Paulo.
• You will work in partnership with Taktile's Sales Team.
• Transform customer decisioning infrastructure to optimize and automate complex business decisions.
• Build strong customer relationships with stakeholders across different levels.
• Plan and manage project scope, expectations and timelines.
• Collaborate with various teams including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Lead proof-of-value projects and communicate value opportunities to senior stakeholders.
• Onboard and work with customers' teams to solve real-world problems.
• Create reusable collateral, best practices & tools across the solution engineering function.
• Ideal candidates will have experience in Enterprise Solution Engineering or as a Technical Customer Success Manager.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering or similar roles.
• Strong customer relationship building skills.
• Curiosity and customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Technical expertise in REST APIs.
• Experience with statistical and machine learning models.
• Domain expertise in financial services is a plus.
