In Short

• Develop the Tailscale product, focusing on networking features and optimizations.
• Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Rust.
• Experience mentoring engineers in Rust.
• Experience integrating with systems written in Go, C++, or C.
• Significant experience with networking software.
• Deep understanding of networking concepts.
• Experience with distributed systems.
• Familiarity with embedded systems development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
