Team Lead - Financial Services Scoring - Remote

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to join our Financial Services Scoring team. You will be responsible for guiding and overseeing the development and operations of our core products and other financial services. You will lead a cross-functional team, manage technical and operational tasks, and support the development of innovative financial solutions that enhance customer experience and support business growth. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our scoring system and risk management processes while collaborating closely with various product, risk, and tech teams.

In Short

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading small teams with a focus on backend development.
• Strong proficiency in backend development (preferably with Go).
• Experience with credit policies and financial services.
• Ability to balance technical excellence with operational and product management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with migrating legacy systems to modern platforms is a plus.
