• Lead a team responsible for the development and maintenance of the Consumer Platform.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers.
• Oversee the implementation of Backend Driven Design in the mobile app.
• Work closely with product teams and stakeholders to define product requirements.
• Manage and contribute to the development of key platform features.
• Lead the design and implementation of system architecture and technical solutions.
• Balance technical leadership with operational management.
• Ensure efficient processes and timely delivery.
• Participate in the company’s employee stock options program.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams.
• Experience implementing Backend Driven UI and BDD principles.
• Strong understanding of system design.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with platform scaling and performance challenges is a plus.
• Previous experience with Transaction Feeds and Payment Widgets is a plus.
