Overview

As a Senior Product Analyst at Tabby, you will contribute to enhancing the Buyer Experience by analyzing customer journeys and providing insights to improve product offerings.

In Short

• Provide analytical support to product and business teams.
• Work on features like in-store sellers map and customer reviews.
• Build customer segmentations for product decision-making.
• Conduct research and A/B tests, presenting findings effectively.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on research initiatives.
• Monitor and improve existing metrics for the Tabby Shop.
• Develop data visualizations and reports for teams.
• Assist in planning data structures and quality improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a data/product analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, LookerStudio, Amplitude).
• Strong knowledge of Python and its libraries.
• Experience in customer segmentation and A/B testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency required.
