Overview

The Technical Writer is responsible for writing instruction manuals, guides and other kinds of supporting documentation for data center operations, ensuring clarity and usability.

• Write and illustrate documentation for data center operations.

Requirements

• High school degree required; military or technical training preferred.
• 1-3+ years’ experience in Mission Critical Environments preferred.
• Electrical or mechanical licensure preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good technical writing proficiency for process documentation.
• Able to read and understand technical manuals and drawings.
• Experience in end-to-end documentation creation.
• Ability to create infographics for clear communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
• Team-oriented with a customer service attitude.
