Boiler Machinery Consultant - Remote

Overview

This is a full working position as required and is accountable for providing consulting activities, inspections and technical expertise to assigned customers and prospects. This position is an Integral part of ARISE and assumes a lead role in the servicing of our customers.

In Short

• Inspects boilers and pressure vessels to meet regulatory requirements.
• Witnessing any required pressure tests as required by the Jurisdiction.
• Inspects assigned field or shop locations to meet ASME or National Board Code, as required.
• Reporting inspection results including any nonconforming conditions.
• Performs Loss Control inspections when assigned.
• Participates in providing solutions to problems that do not comply with the requirements.
• Presents and documents concise engineering evaluations and reports.
• Assists in providing engineering solutions for new business development.
• Complies with all company policy and procedures.

Requirements

• National Board or Jurisdictional Commission.
• ASME/National Board Code Endorsements as required.
• Education from accredited programs in relevant fields.
• One year minimum of experience in the pressure equipment industry.
• Ability to present concise engineering evaluations and recommendations.
• Technical expertise and self-starter attitude.
• Ability to efficiently plan assigned work and meet deadlines.
