Overview

The Senior Finance Business Partner is a key business support to both the Finance Director and Head of Finance, providing strategic analysis and insight into business performance within the Supply Chain and Operations division.

In Short

• Support and challenge the Supply Chain team in financial planning.
• Provide financial analysis and guidance to depot and regional teams.
• Prepare and interpret reports, budgets, and financial statements.
• Manage P&L, Balance sheet, and month-end processes.
• Coordinate quarterly reforecast and Budget processes.
• Conduct strategic analysis for long-term financial planning.
• Supervise and develop direct reports.
• Support ad-hoc projects and business case compilation.
• Experience in financial analysis and modelling is essential.
• Strong communication skills required for stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
• Experience as a Senior Finance Business Partner or similar role.
• Ability to understand trends and results at strategic levels.
• Experience in business modelling and managing project expenditure.
• Strong Excel skills for financial analysis.
• Self-motivated and driven to deliver results.
• Experience in a commercial setting.
• Ability to influence key stakeholders.
• Understanding of Supply Chain dynamics.
• Excellent partnering skills across all levels.
