Requirements

  • Proven experience in new business development or national account roles.
  • Strong customer relationship and rapport-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Structured solution selling and negotiation skills.
  • Good commercial acumen and knowledge of profit levers.
  • Results driven and resilient.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality/catering marketplace.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proficient in technology for presentations and evaluating tenders.
