Overview

The Customer Success Strategist will be the main point of contact for enterprise customers, ensuring they extract maximum value from our algorithmic platform and turning them into advocates for Syrup.

  • Build relationships across multiple levels within customer organizations.
  • Track customer health metrics.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
  • Comfort working with data; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with technical/algorithmic products.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into business language.
  • Data analysis skills to extract insights.
  • Excellent relationship-building capabilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with creativity.
  • Clear communication skills for technical and business audiences.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
