Overview

We’re looking for sharp, ambitious Account Executives to join our team and own the sales process end-to-end. You’ll play a critical role in growing our business, working directly with potential customers, understanding their challenges, and showing them how Synthflow AI can transform their operations.

In Short

  • Actively hunt, find, and connect with potential customers across the US.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from the first email to signing the deal.
  • Understand client challenges and create tailored solutions using our AI technology.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline, always staying a step ahead of targets.
  • Help refine and iterate on our sales strategy as we grow.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years of SaaS sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Sales Skills: You’re great at outbound prospecting and managing full sales cycles.
  • Communication: You excel at building rapport with clients at all levels, from frontline managers to senior executives.
  • Adaptability: You thrive in uncertainty, think fast, and love solving problems.
  • Passion: You care about what we’re building and want to be part of shaping the future of AI.
  • Drive: You’re scrappy, self-motivated, and ready to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
