• Create white papers, case studies, and research-backed reports.
• Run content for our LinkedIn company page.
• Manage and edit work from writers and influencers.
• Identify and close strategic partners to grow brand reach.
• 3-5 years of experience in content marketing.
• Proven ability to create high-quality content.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Experience in AI, CCaaS, SaaS, or B2B technology.
• Bonus: CCaaS / Call Center/ Voice AI experience.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in content marketing.
• Proven ability to create high-quality white papers, case studies, and long-form content.
• Experience writing for LinkedIn and optimizing content for engagement.
• Strong writing and editing skills (and willingness to work with AI tools).
• Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with sales, design, and product teams.
• Experience in AI, CCaaS, SaaS, or B2B technology industries.
• Bonus: CCaaS / Call Center/ Voice AI experience.
