R&D Technician - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical R&D Technician to join our innovative research team in Terrassa, Spain. The main mission of this position is to supervise workshop tasks during R&D and Product Engineering projects, ensuring the assembly, testing, and validation of new functions/products within the portfolio, helping to improve industrialization and reduce time to market.

In Short

• Conduct experiments and lab tests following established protocols.
• Operate and maintain various laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Accurately collect, record, and analyze experimental data.
• Assist in the development and optimization of new products and processes.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, and presentations of research results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing R&D projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions to improve experimental processes.
• Stay updated with relevant scientific literature and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Professional training in electromechanics and/or automation.
• Experience in electromechanical assemblies and maintenance of industrial complexes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present complex data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis software.
• Strong technical writing skills for preparing reports and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team, with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• B2 level English, spoken and written.
