Finance Operations & Accounting Manager - Remote

Overview

Synera's accounting currently lives largely outside our walls — in the hands of external partners we depend on but can't fully control. We're ready to change that! This role is for someone who wants to build what comes next: deciding which processes move in-house first, designing how they run, and then actually running them in a growing B2B SaaS company with entities in Germany and the US, and more to come.

• Join Finance Flamingos to streamline accounting processes.
• Assess and design in-house accounting and finance processes.
• Handle preparatory accounting, monthly closings, and multi-entity consolidation.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Extensive hands-on accounting experience in a multi-entity setup.
• Experience in B2B SaaS finance roles at VC-backed companies.
• Deep knowledge of HGB and understanding of IFRS.
• Ability to communicate financial topics to non-finance stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Comfortable in lean finance teams, both building and executing processes.
• Tech-savvy with an interest in finance automation.
