Aptos is seeking a Finance leader to manage financial operations, crypto treasury management, and financial reporting in a high-growth, crypto-native environment.

• Oversee management of operational and grant wallets.
• Reconcile on-chain and off-chain financial systems.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes.
• Build automation solutions for reporting and reconciliations.

Requirements

• 6+ years in financial control or finance operations.
• Experience in Web3 or blockchain ecosystems.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with executive leadership.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
