We are seeking an experienced Accounting Operations Manager to join our finance team at REAL, a fast-growing national real estate brokerage powered by technology. The ideal candidate will manage the accounting systems and operations within the company, ensuring financial data is accurate and timely.

• Oversee the company’s accounting software and systems (e.g., ERP systems).
• Ensure seamless integration of financial systems with other operational software.
• Manage upgrades, implementations, and troubleshooting of accounting software and related systems.
• Supervise timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions.
• Review and reconcile financial reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and implement improvements.
• Establish and maintain internal controls for financial processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and policies.
• Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
