UI/UX Designer (f/m/d) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to enhance how engineers interact with complex simulation and analysis tools through our AI automation platform.

In Short

• Shape product vision and user interaction for engineering tools.
• Collaborate with Product Manager and Tech Lead in a product trio.
• Translate complex tool specifications into user-friendly designs.
• Conduct user discovery and feedback loops with engineers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience.
• Understanding of mechanical engineering processes.
• Experience with 3D interfaces or visualization tools.
• Proven track record of end-to-end design ownership.
• Strong visual design skills and Figma proficiency.
• Experience in agile/iterative environments.
• Ability to manage ambiguity in early-stage products.
• Fluent in English for international collaboration.
• Familiarity with complex design systems is a plus.
• Background in AI/ML product patterns is a bonus.
