Overview

The Syndigo Retail Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of major retail and distributor implementations, supporting ongoing programs, projects, and technical operations, acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in project management or client-related position in SaaS
• PMP certification preferred
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Experience with executive-level customers and suppliers
• Proficient in SmartSheet, Excel & SharePoint
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Jira preferred
• Exposure to the retail industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel for client meetings
