Overview

Symmetrio is recruiting for an Account Manager for our customer, a large global medical device company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling high-dollar capital equipment and software solutions to hospitals and health systems within the Mid-Atlantic Territory, covering Ohio, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Virginia. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Previous experience selling into hospitals, IDNs, and healthcare systems is a MUST.

Total compensation ranges from $250,000 to $280,000 OTE.

In Short

  • Build and manage relationships with current customers.
  • Identify new customers and develop relationships for selling solutions.
  • Develop sales plans to expand market share.
  • Selling in a TEAM environment.
  • Stay abreast of changes in the marketplace.
  • Give presentations and coordinate product demonstrations.
  • Work with marketing and product development teams.

Requirements

  • Results oriented to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Experience with sales quotas and forecasting.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Product knowledge and ability to conduct presentations.
  • Healthcare industry experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
