We are seeking a hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager to implement and execute impactful lifecycle campaigns, streamline processes, and drive operational initiatives for our InsurTech company.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in developing email campaigns with HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Liquid or similar templating languages.
• Technical experience with Braze and Customer.io.
• Strong analytical skills and a focus on process improvement.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Availability for U.S. time zone collaboration.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
