Overview

Playon is looking for a passionate and innovative leader with a strong CRM background to join our B2C marketing team. The Lifecycle Marketing Operations Manager will help the marketing team meet our fans where they are and help architect a seamless customer journey between Playon product lines that optimizes for ARPU at each step.

In Short

  • Architect and maintain scalable marketing automation systems.
  • Deliver clean, actionable data and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Lifecycle Marketing and MarTech.
  • Partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing Managers.
  • Build and maintain dynamic audiences within a Customer Data Platform.
  • Develop and maintain modular, reusable campaign templates.
  • Execute and manage marketing campaigns across the B2C org.
  • Lead QA of lifecycle touchpoints across email and push.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, and MarTech teams.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation and measurement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or marketing operations roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools; expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.
  • Proven experience with enterprise-level marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to edit HTML for modular templates and customize dynamic content.
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based business models.
  • A strategic grasp of cross-channel marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Familiar with managing and maintaining creative assets used in CRM campaigns.
  • A proactive, resourceful mindset.
