The platform’s standout feature is a robust comparative rater that lets insurance agents input data just once to generate multiple insurance quotes for their clients. FC aims to continually expand its network of insurance providers by integrating more companies via APIs, making it easy to access a wide range of insurance products.

In Short

• You will own the area of the comparative rater, ensuring it is best in class.
• Architect and implement backends and their interactions with various data stores and APIs.
• Work in an agile environment focusing on impactful projects.
• Support reliable databases and APIs for real-time automated decision-making.
• Deploy software using industry-standard tooling like Kubernetes and Lambda functions.
• Implement robust automated test suites for high quality code.
• Follow DevOps principles for security and container management.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with Node.js.
• Practical knowledge of a relational database system (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server).
• Adept with microservices and system design patterns.
• Independent problem-solver.
• Experience with the test pyramid (unit, integration, e2e tests).
• Good command of Polish and English.
• Readiness to learn and expand your skill set.
• Available in the afternoons for collaboration with the US.
