Performance QA Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are Sweed, a product-driven startup building an all-in-one cannabis retail platform. We’re on the lookout for a Performance QA Engineer to join our team remotely and help us scale and optimize our platform.

In Short

• Design and implement performance testing strategies.
• Continuously improve testing methodologies.
• Develop and execute load and stress testing scenarios using K6 and Locust.
• Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide detailed reports based on performance testing results.
• Adapt to evolving technologies in testing processes.
• Optimize performance in Kubernetes and microservices architectures.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• At least 3 years specializing in performance testing.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools such as K6, Gatling, Locust, and JMeter.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Understanding of Python.
• Self-driven and able to manage tasks independently.
