Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience in a U.S. organization.
• Knowledge of federal employment laws and multi-state HR operations.
• Experience with payroll processes and compliance.
• Strong employee relations and investigation skills.
• Experience in benefits administration.
• Recruiting and onboarding experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems.
