Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in human resources with practical knowledge of HR processes.
• Experience in conducting interviews and personnel discussions.
• Confident, friendly, and authentic demeanor with the ability to adapt to different conversation partners.
• Combination of empathy and assertiveness with a good sense for people.
• Clear, professional communication at eye level.
• Basic knowledge of labor law is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently, structured, and maintain oversight in dynamic situations.
