Requirements

• 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles or related fields.
• Experience in social work, grief counseling, or public health is preferred.
• Strong adaptability to new technology and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Ability to work independently and make professional judgments.
• Fluency in additional languages (preferably French or Spanish) is a plus.
• Experience with Google Suite, Slack, and Zendesk is desirable.
