Director, Data Engineering - Remote

Overview

The Director of Data Engineering will spearhead the development and execution of our data strategy, focusing on the design, development, and management of our data infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in SQL, DBT, Snowflake, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Customer Data Platform tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
• Strong understanding of data governance and security practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in leading change initiatives.
